Yoga Sessions
Yoga sessions are personalized, thoughtfully designed and functional movement based helping individuals move with greater ease, freedom and confidence in their daily lives. Rooted in therapeutics of yoga, these sessions emphasize mobility, strength, posture and balance.
Whether working with pain relief, injury recovery, stress reduction, or overall well-being, yoga sessions integrate mindful and dynamic movement, breathwork, and hands-on support (as needed) to create a safe and empowering experience
Bodywork
Bodywork sessions are designed to support individuals who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in their bodies. Through a blended modality approach, I gently guide clients back to their innate healing wisdom, facilitating deep restoration and relief.
Each session integrates therapeutic touch and energy-based techniques, including:
Trigger Point & Myofascial Release
Targeting areas of tension and restriction to improve mobility and ease discomfort.
Reiki & Energy Work
Encouraging energetic balance, emotional processing, and deep relaxation.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
Releasing stored tension in the nervous system to promote fluid movement and overall well-being.
